Yes it does. The BPS Phoenix is handmade in the UK. The simulator will be shipped to you via air freight. We handle all the finer details of exporting the simulator, including documentation, booking flights for the crates and delivering the simulator on a day that suits you.
Once the simulators arrive, the venue set up team will come to your venue and set everything up for you, showing you how to use your simulators. This onboarding process can take up to 2 weeks depending on your requirements.
Warranty
You will receive a 12 months manufacturer warranty, You can further extend warranty with Sim Luxx.
Support
By working with Sim Luxx you have access to our 7 days a week support for your simulator/s. For a period of 2 years from your installation date. We will provide you with 1-1 support when you need it.
We can remotely access your simulator from anywhere in the world when you require. Using encrypted codes that expire each time we login, securing your privacy is a priority with our support.
We can also install any other softwares you require and set up data recording on your simulator once you receive it. We take the delivery period as a time to get your simulator set up around your needs.
