Our team of installation specialists can unpack, set up and run diagnostic tests when installing your racing simulator. We have years of experience with correctly setting up the simulator and ensuring it is functioning to it's capacity and most importantly showing you how to use it.

We work in turn with the simulator manufacturer, this ensures complete certainty that your simulator is correctly set up.

Our installation is a complete white glove service, we evaluate your simulator/parts when they arrive to your door and provide you with a manifest should any items become damaged within transit. We can provide this to you and the manufacturer to rectify the situation accordingly.

We can provide insurance with our installation for incidentals such as damage to wooden flooring, decking on yachts and items which you might be concerned about. We cover all of the bases when it comes to installation to ensure you are satisfied with the service we provide.

Racing simulator hardware does need servicing after periods of time, we advise every 2-3 years for a check on your simulator. Some high end simulators have consumable parts, such as brake fluid. These are items we can service for you.

These checks include full physical hardware test, in which we recalibrate items such as steering motor, pedals and check your PC health.

During this time we would also update any software requirements, which we can complete remotely or on-site, anywhere in the world with an active internet connection.

You may require your racing simulator be relocated, we provide a comprehensive service that enables this. This includes, packing, shipping, unpacking and reinstalling your simulator. Additionally we can provide storage for your simulator if you require a period of not requiring it at one certain location.

This service can also be used to move your simulator locally, with our specialist team safely moving your racing simulator to a nearby location or simply to another room.
