By placing an order or conducting business with Sim Luxx (www.simluxx.com), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our ordering and delivery page for further information.
In order to contract with Sim Luxx you must be over 16 years of age. Sim Luxx retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email, and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be JMD Beauty or may sometimes be a third party.
Where a contract is made with a third party, Sim Luxx is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of international products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Sim Luxx retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until we have approved your payment, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements and the title of goods will not be transferred until they have been dispatched.
Pricing and Availability
While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. Such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total' section of the checkout.
The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

This will enable you to save time and focus on more important stuff than repeatedly filling out the same information.

Your obligations
You shall always provide correct information and use your own and correct identity. Any use of information that does not belong to you or that you for other reasons are not authorised to use, or the use of the Services in a non-prescribed way, will be seen as a misuse. Any data relating to misuse or suspected misuse may be saved and used for future risk assessment and for the protection of involved parties.
Third party services
Some features used by you, for example parcel tracking, may include services provided by a third party.
Duration and termination of this agreement
This agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time. It applies until it is terminated by you or us and can be terminated at any time.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may submit your complaint in any official language of the European Union through the ODR platform provided by the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The complaint will then be forwarded to ARN.
Clearpay
Please use Clearpay responsibly. Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). T&Cs and other eligibility criteria apply. Ensure you can make repayments on time. Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and they may pass unpaid debt to a debt collection agency. Clearpay is credit that is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

The Sim Luxx mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Sim Luxx (“Sim Luxx”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Sim Luxx's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sim Luxx through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sim Luxx. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all SMS/text messages charges, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Sim Luxx or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them. If you have subscribed to other Sim Luxx mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any shortcode or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you must sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Discount Terms and Conditions
Here are the full T&C's that accompany our discount codes:
- Discount code is only valid for orders placed online.
- Discount codes are not valid on shipping costs.
- Discount code is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise stated.
- Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website.
- We reserve the right to decline orders.
- Promotion codes are only valid on specific products, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Only one voucher code can be used per order, per person.
- Discount codes cannot be applied once the order has been placed.
- In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e.: With applied discount. Not at the RRP of the item.
- In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
