How it works.
We break support down into 3 steps, to simplify the process of assisting you with your simulator.
The first step in our support system is submitting a ticket, this is completed via whatsapp and takes seconds. We have a rapid response time to our support tickets around the clock.
We then diagnose your issue, this is usually via remote login to your simulator. These logins are one time only for your privacy, they expire once we end the remote call to your PC.
We might ask you to send us images/videos of certain parts of your simulator to help assisting the diagnostics.
If we can resolve your issue via remote login, you can head back out on track. If your simulator requires hardware, we will talk with the manufacturer, ship the relevant parts to your door via express delivery and walk you through how to fit them.
Alternatively we can send one of our engineers to complete the work for you.
