We handle all the finer details of exporting the simulator, including documentation, booking flights for the crates and delivering the simulator on a day that suits you.

You will receive a 12 months manufacturer warranty, You can further extend warranty with Sim Luxx.
Support
By purchasing with Sim Luxx you have access to our 7 days a week support for your simulator. For a period of 2 years from your installation date. We will provide you with 1-1 support when you need it.
We can remotely access your simulator from anywhere in the world when you require. Using encrypted codes that expire each time we login, securing your privacy is a priority with our support.
We can also install any other softwares you require and set up data recording on your simulator once you receive it. We take the delivery period as a time to get your simulator set up around your needs.
You will have a direct whatsapp for our support team which is available 7 days a week.
Installation
Installation can be completed by Base Performance or Sim Luxx. We offer complete white glove installation with the Blade Racing Simulator.
Whether you install your simulator yourself or we do, we will show you how to set up and use your new racing simulator with a remote 1-1 session or in-person.
Manufacturer Lead Time
Your BPS Blade is built to your specifications, this can take up to 8 weeks. If you require your simulator in a shorter time frame please let us know.
